CME cash dairy prices steady to higher Wednesday

Cash dairy prices were steady to higher Wednesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey remains unchanged at $0.59.  No sales were recorded. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.01 at $2.3150.   One sale was recorded at that price. 

Cheese barrels were up $0.0450 at $2.3850.  One sale was recorded at $2.3525.  

Butter was unchanged at $3.1750.  No sales were recorded. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0025 at $1.3975.  Six sales were recorded, ranging from $1.3950 to $1.3975.
