CME dairy prices mostly higher Monday

Cash dairy prices were mostly higher Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.5625.  No sales were recorded. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0425 at $2.00.   Two sales were recorded at $1.99 and $2.00. 

Cheese barrels were up $0.0850 at $2.09.  Two sales were recorded at $2.08 and $2.09. 

Butter was up $0.0425 at $3.14.  Seventeen sales were recorded, ranging from $3.1350 to $3.1450. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0150 at $1.2150.  No sales were recorded.
