CME milk futures and cash dairy higher Wednesday

Milk futures and cash dairy prices were up Wednesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

November Class III milk was up $0.12 at $21.00.  December was up $0.61 at $21.58.  January was up $0.53 at $20.68.  February was up $0.44 at $20.54.  March through October contracts ranged from unchanged in October to twenty-six cents higher in August. 

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.4350.  No sales were recorded.

Cheese blocks were up $0.04 at $2.0650.  No sales were recorded.

Cheese Barrels were up $0.0250 at $2.01.  One sale was recorded at that price.

The butter rollercoaster continued, this time gaining $0.1025 to close at $2.9025.  There were five sales ranging from $2.8350 to $2.9025.

Nonfat dry milk remains unchanged at $1.3850.  No sales were recorded.
