Most CME cash dairy steady to higher Thursday

Cash dairy prices were steady to higher except for butter Thursday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.48.  No sales were recorded. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0450 at $1.9825.   Four sales were recorded, ranging from $1.93 to $1.97. 

Cheese barrels were up $0.0125 at $2.0225.  Three sales were recorded, ranging from $2.02 to $2.03. 

Butter was down $0.0150 at $3.09. One sale was recorded at $3.0850. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0025 at $1.1925.  One sale was recorded at that price.
