10th annual Give FFA Day helps strengthen National FFA programs

The National FFA Foundation plays a significant role in strengthening nationwide FFA programs through Give FFA Day.
Kimberly Coveney, the senior manager of giving development, says all dollars donated directly benefit the organization.
“You can support the mission of FFA with an unrestricted gift,” she says. “You can support teachers through our teacher support fund, provide a blue corduroy jacket for an FFA member, or you can provide travel assistance to an FFA member.”
She tells Brownfield, “The nice thing about everybody coming together to this is your small donation can add up with everybody else’s to make a really big impact on the more than 1 million FFA members.”
Coveney says the foundation excepts donations year-round and encourages ongoing contributions.
To round out National FFA Week, the organization raised more than $1.4 million during the 10th annual event.
