Soy Aquaculture Alliance elects executive committee

Ohio farmer Bill Bayliss will lead the Soy Aquaculture Alliance in the coming year as the organizations chairman.  Bayliss says he’s excited to promote the growth of the aquaculture industry in the US and expand the use of soy products in aquaculture feed.

George Martin of Nebo, Kentucky was elected vice chairman, Indiana farmer Shelley McDaniel was elected to serve a second term as the SAA secretary, and John Wray of Ottawa, Kansas will serve as treasurer.

The organization works to ensure research moves into solutions to support growth in aquaculture production and increase fish farming in the United States.
