$25,000 for flood relief heading to ND

Dow AgroSciences through the Dow Chemical Company Foundation is donating $25,000 to flood relief efforts in North Dakota.

“The flooding in North Dakota is tragic on many levels as people have lost theirbusinesses, homes, and possessions. It is important to us to help in times of need such as this,” said Stan Howell, vice president of North America, Dow AgroSciences.

The funds will be given to the North Dakota Farm Bureau Foundation, whose board members are also DowAgroSciences’ customers. The funds will be disbursed to key agencies helping the agricultural community in its recovery.
