$5 million investment helps FFA students with higher education

A new investment from Tractor Supply Company will expand scholarship opportunities for FFA members pursing higher education.

Molly Ball, president of the National FFA Foundation says the company provided National FFA $5 million to support students.

“They saw the need to help students in local communities by offering scholarships so that they can go in two years, specifically a two year or four year education.”

She tells Brownfield this is one way the organization is investing in the future of the industry.

“The talent pipeline of the agriculture industry so critically vital, we’ve got 9 billion people to feed in 2050 and this is the next generation who’s going to do that,” she says. “They’re going to be the ones who find the new technologies.”

FFA members can apply for the 2025 FFA Future Leaders Scholarship until January 9th.
