A closer look at easy-to-use new ag equipment technology

A tractor marketing segment lead with CASE-IH says hay and livestock producers need a tractor that can do many things and to do that, equipment needs an easy-to-use interface.

“We all use our smart phones everyday and for the most part, those phones are very intuitive and people know how to operate them. The new interface for tractors isn’t based on a smartphone, but it operates better than how ag operated 10 years ago,” says Morgen Dietrich. “We’re trying to make things simpler and integrate all of this tech into machines right out of the factory so it’s easy to use.”
