AGI and Monarch introduce high-tech e-auger for modern farms
AGI continues to showcase its prototype battery-powered grain auger developed in collaboration with California-based Monarch.
Kent Woods, director of global product management, says the e-auger features advanced smart technology. It has sensors, cameras, GPS mapping, and human detection for enhanced safety on the farm.
Lissa Franklin, product marketing for Monarch, says the Smart Auger innovation, which is powered by MonarchOne, is designed to make grain handling smarter and easier.
The fully electric auger is expected to come to market in 2026.
