Arkansas farmers wrapping up harvest

Arkansas farmers are almost finished with their harvests.

The USDA reports 97 percent of cotton is harvested, 96 percent of soybeans, and nearly all the sweet potatoes.

Arkansas farmers have dug 97 percent of peanuts with 83 percent harvested.

Winter wheat planting is now 76 percent complete with 49 percent emerged.

Pasture conditions are only 11 percent good to excellent.
