CNH acquires AgDNA
CNH Industrial, the company that owns Case IH and New Holland, is acquiring farm data management developer AgDNA.
In a news release, CNH says it is committed to further digitalizing modern agriculture by developing a comprehensive suite of digital and connectivity services to help its customers run their farming operations in a seamless and productive way.
AgDNA touts itself as the world’s most intelligent precision farming platform, and CNH says the farm management information systems will enhance the agronomic feature-set capabilities of Case IH and New Holland farm equipment.
CNH commercialization will begin later this year in North America.
