Cooperatives Working Together secures additional export sales

Cooperatives Working Together has agreed to assist with five new export deals. 

The latest deal helps secure export sales contracts for more than 372 thousand pounds of butter, 37-thousand pounds of cream cheese, and 418 thousand pounds of whole milk powder.  The dairy products are going to Asia, Central and South America, and the Middle East, and will be delivered between now and the end of July.

Cooperatives Working Together says their export assistance program helps maintain market share for U.S. dairy products and helps with total demand, which directly impacts the producers’ milk price.
