Corteva announces executive leadership teams to lead its new crop protection and seed companies
Corteva has announced new executive leadership teams for its crop protection and seed units following the planned separation later this year.
The company says the split will create two independent businesses, New Corteva and SpinCo.
Luke Kissam has been named New Corteva’s CEO and will join the company on June 1st. Current Corteva CEO Chuck Magro will become SpinCo’s CEO.
In a statement, Corteva says the restructuring is designed to capitalize on investments in biological and differentiated crop protection products, while also boosting yields, and exploring new biotechnology markets.
The New Corteva executive leadership team will assume their roles at separation, which is on track for the fourth quarter of 2026.
