Crumley joins Ohio Corn and Wheat Growers Association
Luke Crumley is the new director of public policy and nutrient management for the Ohio Corn and Wheat Growers Association.
“Nutrient management is going to be a major part of my portfolio- I have a lot to learn in that area and I’m starting to dig into that now,” he says. “Aside from that, trade issues, tax issues, ethanol, renewable fuels standard, and really anything you can think of we’re going to be sinking our teeth into.”
Crumley previously worked for two members of congress. He served as a commissioned officer in the US Marine Corps, deploying twice with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit.
He says he is looking forward to getting started and tackling ag issues that are impacting Ohio growers.
