Dairy checkoff awards scholarships

Dairy’s checkoff is helping the next generation of industry leaders complete their education. 

The National Dairy Promotion and Research Board, through Dairy Management Inc., annually awards $2,500 scholarships to 11 students.  They have also awarded the $3,500 James H. Loper Jr. Memorial Scholarship to Rachel Visser, a student at the University of Minnesota.  Visser is double majoring in Agricultural and Food Business Management and Agricultural Communications and Marketing.
