Finding and keeping track of continuing education credits for dairy workers just got easier.

Dairy AdvanCE gives people in the dairy industry an online way to track continuing education credits and advancement.  PDPW President Mitch Breunig says the tool helps farm employees and managers with staff development.  “Everybody’s busy.  There’s a lot of programs we can go to, and it’s a way to have a clearinghouse to look at different programs from across the country.”

Public Outreach Director Amy Bonamie tells Brownfield Dairy AdvanCE is an easy way to build a transcript so dairy industry workers can advance their careers.  “It’s a log-in, password protected management tool that they can actually get in to securely and track anything from production management, human resource management, environmental, financial, business management, the whole spectrum.”

Anyone can find and log approved dairy related continuing education programs around the country, and it’s free for farmers and farm employees.
