Farm Bureau members discuss their priorities with legislators
An Indiana Farm Bureau district director says it’s important for members to stay focused on priorities during this year’s legislative session.
Corina Brant tells Brownfield, “With the LEAP project last year, there’s some bills that are coming into this session that we really wanna touch base on prior to us visiting the State House. Kind of laying that groundwork for when we do make those State House visits.”
She says being in front of local representatives to voice their concerns is important.
“Each county has their own needs, so understanding who their representatives are, who their senators are. Really putting a faces to the name is important.”
Brant spoke to Brownfield at the 2025 Indiana Farm Bureau Legislative Forum.
