Helena Agri-Enterprises launching free agricultural education curriculum
A new agricultural education curriculum is helping students discover careers in agriculture.
Innovation Never Stops from Helena Agri-Enterprises is a free, nine-part program series that helps ag teachers integrate hands-on learning experiences into their classrooms.
Bill Smith is the strategic marketing manager for the Helena Products Group.
“Our goal is to inspire the future of agriculture about some of the unique career opportunities, whether that means working in a laboratory or working with growers to provide a more sustainable crop,” he says. “We really wanted to feature some of the real-world career opportunities available to these young people.”
He tells Brownfield lesson plans will touch on each sector of Helena’s business.
“We’ll travel all over the country talking about different products that are helping feed, fuel, and clothe the world,” he says.
