Indiana farm families honored with the Hoosier Homestead Award
More than 100 farm families were honored with the Hoosier Homestead Award from the Indiana State Department of Agriculture at the Indiana State Fair.
The family farms must be owned by the same family for more than 100 consecutive years and be at least 20 acres to qualify for this award.
Hoosier Homestead Awards include the Centennial Award for 100 years, Sesquicentennial Award for 150 years, or the Bicentennial Award for 200 years of ownership.
