Indiana’s SB 373 still pending

The bill that would make it illegal to record an agricultural or industrial operation without the operator’s consent is still moving through the Statehouse.  Bob Kraft, director of state government relations for Indiana Farm Bureau says SB 373 is on its second reading in the first House.  Which he says means there is an effort to amend the bill.

That, is anticipated to happen on Monday and then a final vote Kraft says, would come before they recess on Tuesday.
