INFB’s Fall Creek Pavilion is an investment in Indiana youth

The president of the Indiana Farm Bureau says investing in ag youth is an investment in the association’s future.

Randy Kron says supporting programs like 4-H and FFA benefit the industry.

“You look at our strategic plan, part of it is youth development, youth leadership and there’s not much better than these 4H projects or livestock,” he says. “Learning work ethics and learning hard work pays off.”

He tells Brownfield the Indiana Farm Bureau Fall Creek Pavilion, that opened last year, serves as a hub for the fairgrounds and state fair exhibitors.

“We’re in a new building. If you look across, you know from the patio there, livestock, there’s hogs in here shows and from two years ago it was it needed a lot of help,” he says. “We’re proud to have our name on this building.”

The Indiana State Fair runs through August 18th.
