MO Governor signs omnibus ag bill

Missouri Governor Mike Parson has signed the omnibus ag bill into law, which would update biodiesel producer tax credits, the veterinary student loan payment fund, create a beginning farmer program and more.

In a statement via Twitter, bill sponsor Senator Karla Eslinger said the bill will help farmers across Missouri.

The bill was passed by the state legislature in mid-May. The governor had a deadline of this Friday to take action on the bill. Read more about it.
