MOSES organic group names Langworthy as Executive Director

The Midwest Organic and Sustainable Education Service has a new Executive Director.  The Board of Directors promoted Lauren Langworthy to the position after she served as the interim director for MOSES over the past nine months.  She replaces John Mesko, who left after three years to direct the Soil Health Partnership.

In a statement, MOSES Board President David Perkins says the board

recognized the need to reinvigorate and refocus efforts to meet the needs of a new generation of farmers, and Langworthy is part of the new generation.

The 34-year-old Langworthy and her husband Caleb own a 153-acre farm near Wheeler, Wisconsin.
