National 4-H Council names new CEO
The National 4-H Council has named Jill Bramble as its next President and CEO.
Bramble is a fourth generation 4-H alumna with more than 18 years of experience with the National 4-H Council, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer.
Bramble will succeed Jennifer Sirangelo who is departing to lead the civic engagement group Points of Light. Sirangelo was in an executive role at the National 4-H Council for 17 years, the last 10 as president and CEO. She says Bramble is “the best person for this role” and knows “the future is bright with her at the helm”.
Having witnessed “the transformative power” of the 4-H program firsthand, Bramble says she will spend each day ensuring all kids have access to the life-changing outcomes that she experienced during her childhood. She says she has endless faith in the leadership of the next generation if given the tools they need to be successful.
National 4-H Council Board of Trustees Chair Krysta Harden says, “We are fortunate to have a leader of the caliber of Jill Bramble who is prepared to build on the organization’s growth and continue championing the importance of Cooperative Extension’s 4-H programs for the nation’s youth.”
Bramble will start the new role on August 18th.
