Nebraska Lt. Governor to lead trade mission to Indonesia

Nebraska Lt. Gov. Joe Kelly will lead next week’s trade mission to Indonesia.

The week-and-a-half long trip begins Monday and will include participation in the Indo Livestock Expo and Forum, a tour of the Southeast Asia Food and Agricultural Science and Technology Center, meetings with Indonesia’s beef import associations and visits to dairy, feed mill and fueling operations.

Indonesia is one of Nebraska’s top export markets at $139 million.

Gov. Jim Pillen chose Kelly to attend in his place amid the upcoming special legislative session.
