New app in MO to track flood and drought conditions in real time

A new app is available to monitor flood and drought conditions across Missouri.

The Missouri Hydrology Information Center was created by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, and uses data from stream gauges and soil-moisture sensors to show real-time conditions.

The app will allow users to monitor local water and soil conditions, impacts by region, and flood risk alerts.

More details can be found on the Missouri DNR’s website.
