New headquarters announced for “New Corteva” and Vylor
Corteva Agriscience has announced the headquarters for its two new business units.
Indianapolis will be home to “New Corteva,” its future crop protection company, and Johnston, Iowa will become the headquarters for Vylor, its new seed and genetics company.
“New Corteva” will center its research and development operations at the new headquarters. It will also maintain a Global Corporate Business Center in Wilmington, Delaware. Vylor will advance its seed and genetics portfolio, while also exploring new opportunities to expand to new crops.
Corteva says the restructuring is designed to capitalize on investments in biological and differentiated crop protection products, while also boosting yields, and exploring new biotechnology markets.
The separation is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
