OABA recognizes industry excellence award winners
The Ohio AgriBusiness Association has named its 2020 Industry Excellence award recipients.
Karie Staley of Central Ohio Farmers Co-op and Cindy Ridzon of Witmer’s Feed and Grain received were recognized during the eighth annual OABA Industry Conference.

“Karie Staley received an award for emerging leadership and the work that she does at her branch location,” he says. “We are very excited for her.”
The emerging leader award recognizes an individual who represents the spirit of leadership as a growing agribusiness professional.
Ridzon received the excellence in safety and stewardship award.
“Cindy Ridzon also has done a great job in her role at that company and we’re looking forward to recognizing her as well,” he says.
The award is presented to someone who demonstrates safety and stewardship in day-to-day activities and interactions with customers.
The Industry Excellence Awards recognizes excellence, professionalism, and achievement among OABA member companies and their employees. Award recipients receive a plaque and $1,000.
