Ohio Proud products for the holidays

With holiday shopping in full swing, the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) is encouraging holiday shoppers to buy Ohio Proud.

“Considering Ohio Proud and purchasing those products is reinvesting back into Ohio’s economy and keeping our jobs in the State of Ohio,” said Lori Panda, Senior Program Manager at ODA.

Lori tells Brownfield there are currently 456 Ohio Proud partners, found in 78 of Ohio’s 88 counties. In addition to the Ohio Proud web site, there’s another way to find out what’s available.

“We have a brand new page for the holidays, which is the Ohio Proud Pinterest page,” Panda said. “Our staff has been working very hard on finding and creating lots of great gift ideas and recipes, as well as DIY projects for folks.”
