R-CALF CEO: We’ll continue to fight for independent producers

Bill Bullard, president and CEO of R-Calf says the organization might be updating its image – but it still has the same goal – representing the nation’s independent cattle producers.  In his opening remarks at the 2017 R-CALF USA Annual Meeting he told attendees the organization will continue to fight to improve the cattle industry for cattle producers, their children, and their grandchildren. 

Over the next two days the organization will dig deeper into Country of Origin Labeling, the checkoff, mandatory price reporting, and the beef value chain.

The meeting runs through Saturday.
