Six students selected to serve as 2025-2026 National FFA officers

Six students from across the country have been selected to serve the FFA for the next year.
Trey Myers of Oklahoma is the newly elected National FFA President.
“If I could pull anything away from our organization it’s that it teaches us the difference between success and significance,” he says. “Simple little moments are how I want to lead this year as the National FFA President. To make sure that I’m noticing the people that are having a rough day and asking them if they’re okay. Even if the moment feels small, it may be really big to them.”

National FFA Secretary Lilly Nyland of Michigan says she wants to highlight the organization’s student membership.
“They’re becoming the next generation of leaders that will change the world,” she says. “I’m excited to highlight them at stakeholder visits and through encouraging conversations. That’s what I’m really excited to do. More people need to know about our amazing members, because they’re ready to serve the world.”

Throughout their year of service, the officers will interact with business and industry leaders, thousands of FFA members and teachers, corporate partners, government and education officials, and the general public. The team will lead personal growth and leadership training conferences for FFA members nationwide and help establish policies to guide the future of FFA and the next generation of leaders.
