Tennessee harvests continue with some quality concerns

Corn harvest is nearly complete in Tennessee.

USDA says corn condition is rated 46 percent good to excellent with 88 percent harvested.

Cotton in the state has 95 percent of bolls opening with 35 percent harvested.  The crop is now rated 41 percent good to excellent.

Soybeans are 91 percent dropping leaves and 62 percent harvested with condition rated 42 percent good to excellent.

Tobacco plants are 91 percent cut while winter wheat is 31 percent planted.

Pastures are rated 20 percent good to excellent.
