U.S.-China trade talks continue this week

U.S.-China trade talks continue in Washington this week.

The Chinese Vice Premier is scheduled to meet with U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer Wednesday and Thursday.

U.S. trade officials have been pushing for structural changes to China’s economy.

The two countries have until March 1 to reach a trade deal. President Trump has said he will raise tariffs on more than $200 billion in Chinese goods if they don’t reach a deal during the 90-day trade truce.
