Winter wheat in Arkansas rated 52% good to excellent
According to the USDA, the cotton and soybean harvest is complete, and the peanut harvest is nearly complete.
Winter wheat is 95 percent planted, 84 percent emerged, and 52 percent of the crop is rated good to excellent.
Pasture conditions are just 13 percent good to excellent.
Topsoil moisture is 83 percent adequate to surplus and subsoil moisture is 80 percent adequate to surplus.
