Continuing the momentum for beef exports

Kent Bacus, Associate Director of Legislative Affairs with the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) says in order to keep the momentum going when it comes to beef exports cattlemen need to be talking with legislators about Trans-Atlantic Partnership and the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), but in order to get those passed Bacus says the President needs Trade Promotion Authority (TPA), which only comes from Congress.
