Texas rancher new NCBA President

Bob McCan of Victoria, Texas is the new President of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA). Brownfield’s Dave Russell caught up with the Texas rancher at the 2014 Cattle Industry Convention in Nashville. They talked about everything from expanding the cow herd to the involvement of the young cattlemen.
