A mild to warm continues across much of the Heartland; a limited precip pattern for most

Looking ahead, the 6- to 10-day outlook calls for the likelihood of near- or above-normal temperatures and near- or below-normal precipitation across much of the country.  Colder-than-normal conditions will be confined to an area stretching from northeastern North Dakota into the Northeast.

Meanwhile, wetter-than-normal weather should be limited to southern Florida, the Rio Grande Valley, and parts of the Great Lakes and Northeastern States.
