Brownfield Ag Weather Today

Generally tranquil weather will prevail during the next 5 days, although a mid-week disturbance will produce mostly light precipitation from the Gulf Coast into the central Appalachians and middle Atlantic States.  Light snow will fall on the northern edge of the precipitation shield.  Meanwhile, little, if any, precipitation will fall for the remainder of the week from Oregon and California to the central and southern Plains.  However, mild weather from the Pacific Coast to the High Plains will contrast with lingering chilly conditions from the Midwest into the Northeast.  Milder air will gradually overspread the South, although portions of Florida’s peninsula may face a final round of sub-32°F temperatures on Tuesday morning.
