Brownfield Ag Weather Today

East of the Rockies, dry weather will prevail into early next week, aside from snow showers Friday and Friday night from the Great Lakes region into the middle and northern Atlantic States. Dry weather will also cover the West, except for a weekend push of rain and snow showers from the Pacific Northwest into the northern Rockies. Meanwhile, near-record to record-setting warmth from the Pacific Coast to the High Plains will gradually spread eastward, with significantly above-normal temperatures extending into the southwestern Corn Belt by early next week. Chilly conditions will linger, however, in the Northeast. By Tuesday, rain and snow showers may begin to affect other areas of the West, from the Sierra Nevada to the central Rockies, while light rain may develop in portions of the south-central U.S., including Texas.
