Brownfield Ag Weather Today

The threat of heavy rain and flash flooding will linger for the remainder of the week along and near the Gulf Coast, except across Florida’s peninsula, with 5-day rainfall reaching 5 to 10 inches or more from southern and coastal Texas into central and southern Alabama. Farther north, scattered showers and thunderstorms will briefly return across the Midwest on June 16 and 17, followed by another round of cool, mostly dry weather late in the week. Elsewhere, mostly dry weather will prevail during the next 5 days from the Pacific Coast to the High Plains. Hot weather will continue for much of the week in the Far West and briefly affect the southern half of the Plains, where mid-week temperatures will approach or reach 105°F.
