Brownfield Ag Weather Today
Northwestern precipitation should begin to subside later Wednesday, although rain and snow showers will linger into Friday. Cooler weather will accompany the Northwestern transition to drier conditions. During the weekend, however, some renewed storminess may arrive in the Pacific Northwest. Farther south, dry weather will prevail during the next 5 days from southern California to the Rio Grande Valley. Meanwhile, a storm system emerging from the western U.S. will cross the central and southern Plains on Friday, delivering snow in the central Rockies and environs. During the weekend, as the storm moves northeastward, a band of snow will stretch from the central Plains into the upper Great Lakes region. In the storm’s warm sector, weekend rainfall should total 1 to 2 inches or more from the middle and lower Mississippi Valley to the Atlantic Coast.
