Brownfield Ag Weather Today

Post-Tropical Cyclone Beryl will continue to race northeastward, exiting the U.S. early Thursday while merging with a cold front.  Additional rainfall associated with Beryl could reach 1 to 2 inches across northern New England.  Meanwhile, disorganized tropical moisture lurking near the East Coast could lead to heavy, late-week showers, especially in the middle Atlantic States.  In contrast, mostly dry weather will prevail during the next 5 days from the Pacific Coast to the Plains, excluding portions of the Four Corners States.  Much of the South will also remain dry.  Elsewhere, Western heat will continue to shift eastward, with temperatures approaching 100°F during the weekend as far east as the northern and central Plains and the western edge of the Corn Belt.
