CME cash dairy prices mixed Wednesday, butter and dry whey move higher

Cash dairy prices were mixed Wednesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    

Dry whey was up $0.050 to $0.8150. One sale was reported at that price. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0050 to $1.27.  Three sales were reported ranging from $1.2675 to $1.27. 

Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.4525. No sales were reported. 

Butter was up $0.0425 to $1.36. Twenty-eight sales were reported ranging from $1.34 to $1.36. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0075 to $2.20. Two sales were reported ranging from $2.1950 to $2.20.
