Cheese blocks climb, butter slips Monday at CME Group

Cash dairy prices were mixed Monday to start the week at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.78. No sales were reported. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0150 to $1.3650. Two sales were reported ranging from $1.3525 to $1.3650. 

Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.4525. No sales were reported. 

Butter was down $0.01 to $1.36. No sales were reported. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0125 to $2.0925. No sales were reported.
