USDA: Minnesota Corn Reaches 95% Dough Stage, Soybeans Near Leaf Drop

Warmer than normal temperatures over the past week has helped the 2026 crop progress.

According to the latest USDA crop progress and conditions report, Minnesota corn is 95 percent in the dough stage, 68 percent dented, 9 percent mature, and rated 62 percent good to excellent. Soybeans are 97 percent setting pods, 10 percent dropping leaves, and rated 57 percent good to excellent.

Oats are 95 percent harvested.
