Wild horses saved by rancher

The Bureau of Land Management has agreed to sell 30 wild horses to a Florida rancher. The animals have been living on government land in the western U.S., but federal officials say they’ve over populated the region. The Floridian plans to keep the horses on his 1000 acrea ranch.
In recent months, Congress passed legislation that allows BLM to sell the horses if they are unable to find homes willing to adopt them.
