Have contracts examined before signing

Contracts and understanding the law behind them are an important part of risk management. A university law professor who spoke to pork producers at the 2010 Missouri Pork Expo advised them not to blindly sign contracts written by someone else, for someone else. He says it’s risky for their bottom line when they don’t have an attorney look over the contracts first.
