Farming across state lines is getting tougher

Farmers who farm along the Illinois border are learning that if they are taking anhydrous ammonia nurse tanks across the state line they are in violation of interstate commerce regulations, unless those nurse tanks meet an inspection test. Kevin Runkle is Manager of Regulatory Services for the Illinois Fertilizer and Chemical Association.
