25x’25 releases progress report
The goal is to have 25 percent of the nation’s energy produced from renewable sources by the year 2025 and according to a new report released at their National Summit on Wednesday, June 30, progress is being made. Read Smith Co-Chairman of the National Steering Committee says when they started in 2004 renewables accounted for about 6 percent of total energy consumption.
